
14-1's Celebrate After Taking 1st Place.
The Wicked Moose 14-1's dominated all day in their lone Ralia Tournament this season. Jasmine Richardson set a Wicked Moose record this season as she served thirty straight serves in their first match victory over High Voltage 14-2's, 25-2, 25-4. They then defeated Edina 14-1's by a similiar margin, 25-9, 25-6. They faced Delano 14-1's in their third match of the day. The Tigers competed with Wicked Moose in the first set, but the Moose pulled out a 25-19 first set win and took the second set 25-5.
They played in the championship match against Lakes 14-Maroon and won 25-22, 25-14 to take 1st place. "We had players serving consistent and aggressive jump serves all day and we really limited our unforced errors. It was really nice to see our players smile and have fun on the court. We're looking forward to traveling to Wisconsin Dells in a couple weeks and we expect to do well," said Drew Rongere.
The Wicked Moose 14-1's play their last tournament this season is at the Wisconsin Dells Prep Bowl Classic, May 29-31.
